Polski Bird observation at Holt-Dunube
The Holt-Danube has a wonderful view from a birdhouse in the old campsite. The Holt- Duna is pige on hole and habitat for countless waterfowl. In the reeds, on the seaweed covered with water bloom white water lily and water gourd. Among the plants live many animals like herons, egrets, marsh harriers and grebes.
Dead – Danube
The village is bordered on the north by the 68-hectars Dead -Danube, a nesting and habitat for waterfowl, a real paradise for aquatic and swamp vegetation. An educational trail was set up on the banks of the Dead Danube.

The wild geese harbour is located only 1 km from Lipót, as the triburaty system of Lipót of the unparalleled beaty Danube. On nature tours we can explore the romantic Danube branch system by canoe or boat tour.

Cycling
Lipót is connected to Hédervár by a high-quality, newly built bicycle path, which is excellent not only for cycling but also for running and rollerblading. There is a 38 km long bicycle path between Mosonmagyaróvár and Győr.

Fishing
In addition to rivers and backwaters, smaller and larger lakes also offer excellent fishing opportunities, making Szigetköz a real fishing paradise. The Old Danube and its fantastic branch system, the Mosoni-Danube, are wonderful natural waters that are a real challenge for both coastal and boat anglers, so it’s worth listening to the advice of the locals. In Lipót, two fishing lakes also provide opportunities for fishing lovers. Carp, pike, grass carp and compo fish species are typical in the lakes, and catfish are also typical in the Great Danube. In Lipót it is possible to buy a fishing day ticket.
